Men's 800-1500m: Africans at the top, Europe provides depth

While there are 8 Africans in the 800m and 7 in the 1500m in the World Top 10 List, it is Europe that provides the most sub-1:50 and sub-1:55 min 800m runners and the most sub-3:45 and sub-3:56 min 1500m runners.
